Terms & conditions.
The simple, plain-English terms for using our website and booking a display with us.
We've kept these terms short and friendly. They cover how to use this website and what to expect when you book a fireworks display with us, from your first enquiry to the night itself. If anything here isn't clear, just ask.
01About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when you book a fireworks display with V.Lebrilla Fireworks, a family-run display company and licensed manufacturer at 73 Prk 1, Bigaa, Cabuyao, 4025 Laguna, Philippines. By using the site or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below. If anything isn't clear, email us at info@vlebrillafireworks.comand we'll gladly explain.
02Using this website
This site is here to show our work and let you get in touch. You're welcome to browse it and send an enquiry. Please don't try to copy, disrupt, or misuse the site, and don't rely on it as safety or technical advice about fireworks. Every display is planned with you directly.
03Enquiries and quotes
Sending the enquiry form is the first step, not a confirmed booking. We'll reply, usually within one working day, with ideas and a clear price for your event. A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us; it can change if the details of the display change.
04Confirming a booking
Your date is only held once we've agreed the details together and confirmed it in writing. To secure a date we usually ask for a deposit, with the balance due before the event. We'll always set out the exact amounts and dates in writing before you pay anything.
05Permits, safety and your site
We are fully licensed and insured, and our crew handles the fireworks permits needed for your display. To keep everyone safe, we'll agree a suitable firing area with a clear safety distance from your guests, and you'll need to give us access to set up and pack down.
On the day, our team has the final say on safety. If a site turns out to be unsafe, we may need to adjust or stop the display. Your safety and your guests' safety always come first.
06Weather and rescheduling
Fireworks and bad weather don't mix. Heavy rain or strong wind can make a display unsafe, so we may need to delay it on the night or move it to another date. We'll talk you through the options as early as we can and do our best to find a date that works for you.
07Changes and cancellations
Plans change, and that's okay. Just tell us as soon as you can. If you need to move or cancel a booking, how any deposit or payment is handled depends on how much notice you give and the costs we've already taken on. We'll explain this clearly when you book, so there are no surprises.
08On the day
Please help us keep the night safe: keep your guests behind the agreed safety line, follow our crew's instructions, and never let anyone handle the fireworks or enter the firing area. Make sure the people hosting your event know the plan too.
09Insurance and responsibility
We carry insurance for our displays and take great care on every job. We can't be held responsible for things outside our control, such as weather, venue problems, or issues caused by guests not following safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law says cannot be limited.
10Photos and video
We often film and photograph our displays to share on our website and social pages. If you'd prefer we didn't use footage from your event, just let us know and we'll respect that.
11Our content
The words, photos, videos, logo, and design on this site belong to V.Lebrilla Fireworksunless stated otherwise. Please don't reuse them without asking us first.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, so it's worth checking back now and then.
13Questions and contact
These terms follow the laws of the Philippines. If you have any questions about them or about booking a display, email info@vlebrillafireworks.com or call +63 916 698 0898. We're always happy to help.
