02What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you fill in our enquiry form, that's your name, email address, and the occasion you're planning. If you add them, that also includes your phone number, a date, and a short message. We don't ask for anything we don't need.
03How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and help plan your display. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
04The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, your details reach us so we can get back to you, usually within one working day. We keep that conversation only for as long as we need it.
06Other services we rely on
To make the site work we use a small number of trusted services. When you view the map, play a film, or follow our Facebook link, those companies may receive your IP address and set cookies under their own privacy policies:
- Google Maps: shows where to find us on the contact page.
- YouTube (Google): plays our films and showreel.
- Facebook (Meta): the link to our page.
- Fontshare: loads the fonts the site is set in.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to answer you and arrange any booking, then we remove them. If you'd like us to delete your details sooner, just ask.
09Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email info@vlebrillafireworks.com.
10Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit who can see it.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
